Sentiami Loyalty & Rewards

Overview
Sentiami Loyalty & Rewards — points and stamps without a separate app
A paper stamp card stays in the customer's wallet and a loyalty app never gets installed. Sentiami's loyalty runs where the purchase happens: at the till, in the web shop and at the kiosk. The customer is identified as part of the order, and points or stamps accrue at the moment the payment is recorded.
Choose the reward mechanic that fits the business
Points accrue from the order total at a configurable rate and are redeemed as a discount — percentage or amount, with minimum and maximum limits if you want them. Stamp cards instead attach to individual items: the tenth coffee or the fifth lunch can be free, with nobody stamping anything by hand.
Regulars stand apart from passers-by
Tiers are defined with point thresholds and their own earn and redemption multipliers, and customers move between them automatically. A new customer can be rewarded with a sign-up bonus and an existing one for a referral. Email campaigns can be targeted at a single tier when the message is meant only for regulars.
Balances can be checked afterwards
Every earn, redemption, adjustment and expiry is written to the ledger, so an individual balance can be traced line by line if it is ever disputed. Customers see their own balance, tier and stamp progress in their account. Point expiry runs on a schedule when the programme sets a validity period.
A good fit for
Cafés and lunch restaurants where the same customer comes in weekly, and venues selling both over the counter and online that want one benefit to apply in both.
During setup we configure the earn and redemption rules, tiers with their thresholds and stamp rules for selected items, and switch on the channels. Priced by quote – tell us about your restaurant and needs and we will send a quote.
