Loyalty programme
In the Vaivatta loyalty programme, companies earn points on paid orders and use them to pay for later orders. Points belong to the company, not to a single user: every user with the same business ID earns into the same balance and can spend it. The programme is run by Innovategy Oy (business ID 3281265-2).
Terms
- Points are earned by companies with a Finnish business ID, on paid orders: 5% of the net price (excl. VAT) of the products that earn points, rounded down to the cent. Shipping, the small-order fee and VAT earn no points, and the part of an order paid with points earns none. Supplies such as labels and receipt rolls earn no points. For monthly services, only what the shop charges, the first month or the setup fee, earns points.
- 1 point = 1 €, usable only on vaivatta.fi. Points are not cash, cannot be paid out and cannot be moved to another company.
- Points become usable 3 working days after the order is charged.
- Points expire 24 months after they become usable.
- When an order is refunded, the points it earned are taken back, and points used to pay it are returned.
- The member number is given in order of the first paid order. The first 10, 50 and 100 members earn for the periods in the table below.
- The programme may change or end with at least 30 days' notice. Points already earned stay valid until their own expiry date.
Earning period
| Member number | Earning period |
|---|---|
| 1-10 | for as long as the programme runs |
| 11-50 | 2 years |
| 51-100 | 1 year |
| 101 and later | no earning in the opening programme |
The earning period starts with the first paid order. It limits only earning: points already earned can be spent until their own expiry date, also after the period ends.
Points on your account
Your company's points, the points on the way and the points history are on your account. Points are used at checkout and pay the part of the order you choose. A monthly points statement, sent when something changed, and a reminder before points expire come by e-mail; both can be turned off on your account.
