Elo 3204L touch monitor, 32", Full HD, USB-C and Ethernet

Elo 3204L — a screen customers are willing to touch

Self-service usually fails for one of two reasons: the customer cannot tell what the screen is asking, or their finger lands somewhere else. At 32 inches the buttons are large, the text reads from a metre away, and touch registers where the finger actually goes — 40 simultaneous touch points means a palm or a sleeve does not confuse it.

One cable does it

USB-C carries picture, touch and power in the same lead. That is one cable inside the kiosk instead of three, and a faster install. If the host machine only offers HDMI or DisplayPort those are fitted too, and Ethernet is there separately for remote management.

Built for opening hours, not office hours

This is a public-space display rather than a desk monitor: 430 cd of brightness holds up in a bright lobby, a 178-degree viewing angle keeps it readable from the side, and speakers are built in. VESA 400×400 mounting fits standard brackets and kiosk frames. Manufacturer warranty is 36 months.

A good fit for

Restaurant order kiosks, wayfinding in a lobby or store, queue and information displays. Pairs directly with an Elo Backpack compute module if you would rather not run a separate host PC. Not a fit if you want a finished POS terminal — the Elo I-Series 5 (21.5") already includes the computer and Android. For a larger space, the 4304L (42.5") is the next size in the same family. Prices incl. VAT.
