Citizen PMU-3300 — the printer goes inside the machine and stays there

A self-service point works only as long as paper comes out of it. When the unit sits in a lobby or a yard with nobody next to it, every jam and every empty roll means a trip out to the site. The PMU-3300 is built for exactly that: not a desktop printer in a case but an installation module that bolts into the kiosk frame, with a paper path designed to run unattended.

Fewer roll changes

The module takes rolls up to 80 mm wide and supports variable paper width, so you can size the roll to the job. At 150 mm/s it produces a queue number, a parking ticket or a collection receipt before the customer starts wondering whether the machine has frozen.

Two interfaces so the install does not hinge on a cable

USB and RS232 are both present on the same module. A modern kiosk PC connects over USB, an older controller board over serial — you are not choosing an interface at order time, and you are not swapping the module if the internals change later.

Specifications

Before you order: power supply and mains cable are not included, because a kiosk normally provides its own power. If you are building an enclosure from scratch, tell us the configuration and we will identify the right supply and, where needed, the PHU-500 paper holder.

A good fit for

Anyone building or maintaining a self-service point: queue ticket machines, parking terminals, collection lockers, order kiosks, weighbridge ticket dispensers. Also for equipment makers who need a standard module inside their own product.
