Citizen LT286 — a mechanism, not a printer
This is not a finished device. It is a print mechanism that goes inside something else, and two kinds of buyer order it: equipment makers building a receipt section into their own product, and service engineers replacing a worn mechanism in a machine already in the field. Either way you know what you are looking for — the LT286 is the standard part in Citizen's LT line.

Note: the mechanism has no case, power supply, controller board or interface. It needs its own electronics around it. The 3-month warranty is normal for a component and is not a device warranty.
A good fit for
Equipment manufacturers, design houses and service companies who know they need this exact part number.
