Citizen CBM-920II - the order prints even when the kitchen is hot and steamy
A thermal printer's receipt fades quickly in kitchen heat and grease-laden steam. Dot matrix printing isn't heat-sensitive, so the CBM-920II is built for order tickets in a kitchen or other harsh environment where a regular receipt printer struggles.
