Firenfig – Restaurant Launch and Digitalization

We delivered an end-to-end restaurant project for Firenfig in two phases. In the first phase, we built the restaurant from the ground up: from concept definition and business planning through to opening and stable, ongoing operations. Today the restaurant runs profitably and generates steady revenue. In the second phase, we digitalized the restaurant's daily administration with an agentic AI solution. It handles orders, menus, inventory, and staff management through a series of AI agents, using both local and cloud-based inference engines. This allows the owner to focus on guests and growing the business instead of routine administrative work. Throughout the project, Vaivatta acted as both a business partner and technical architect, responsible for the overall design, AI agent development, system integrations, and the point-of-sale and payment setup.
