3S Swiss Solar Solutions – Digital Transformation Partner (PMO and Technical Implementation)

3S Swiss Solar Solutions AG engaged Sina as a key digital transformation partner from July 2022 through August 2024, covering both PMO leadership and technical implementation. Sina established and led the PMO, rolling out the P3.express project management system across the organization. In parallel, he built and managed a team that delivered cloud infrastructure, a Partner Portal, and the underlying data sources for the company's digital platforms. Beyond delivery, he facilitated cross-departmental collaboration by surfacing fundamental organizational challenges, and set up a software development model combining internal, nearshore and offshore suppliers. What distinguished the engagement was combining hands-on technical expertise with organizational insight: practical solutions shipped while root causes were addressed. Outcome: concrete digital transformation delivered, a functioning PMO embedded into the organization, and a written recommendation from the CEO.
