## Description

### Epson TM-U220IIB — the kitchen printer that shrugs off grease and heat

A thermal printer is the wrong tool in a kitchen: thermal paper darkens next to the grill and fades in steam. The TM-U220IIB is an impact printer — it strikes ink onto plain paper that tolerates heat, and prints in two colours so modifiers and allergies stand out in red. This RS232 serial version is the drop-in spare for older POS installations where the kitchen printer has always lived on the serial port.

- 9-pin impact printing on plain paper (57.5/69.5/76 mm), two-colour black/red
- Auto-cutter, wall-mountable
- RS232 serial — replaces a legacy serial printer directly
- Handles splashes and hot environments better than any thermal printer
- Power supply included (power cord ordered separately) — 12-month warranty

**A good fit for:** kitchens where the old serial printer finally gave up — same interface, same paper, new machine. Prices incl. VAT.
