Zebra ZT620 – Industrial Label Printer for Heavy Daily Use

The Zebra ZT620 is built for environments where the label printer has to keep running without interruption, shift after shift. At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), it produces sharp barcodes and crisp text even on small labels where every pixel matters.

Keeps pace when the workload spikes

A maximum print width of 168 mm and a top print speed of 203 mm/s mean a large roll of labels is processed before the line has a chance to slow down. The maximum media width of 178 mm and roll diameter of 203 mm accommodate large label stocks — you won't need to stop the line for roll changes nearly as often.

The built-in peeler lifts each label cleanly off its backing automatically, so your staff never have to touch the adhesive liner and the rhythm stays consistent. The rewinder takes care of the spent liner quietly and keeps the workspace tidy.

Colour touchscreen and real-time clock simplify the day

The colour touchscreen shows printer status at a glance — no separate computer needed to monitor print jobs. The real-time clock (RTC) timestamps every print job accurately, which matters for stock control and anywhere traceability is required.

Connectivity that fits your existing setup

USB, RS232, Bluetooth and Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit) mean the ZT620 connects into your current infrastructure whether your setup is wired or wireless. ZPL and ZPLII emulation support means your existing label templates work straight away, without any conversion work.

Memory that keeps jobs moving

1 GB RAM and 2 GB Flash storage let you keep large label libraries and fonts stored directly on the printer. Print jobs don't stop if the network drops for a moment.
