Sharp Print Quality, Every Shift

At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), the ZT620 produces clean barcodes and readable text even at small sizes. Maximum print width is 168 mm and maximum media width is 178 mm. Thermal transfer printing means the result stays legible through storage, handling, and transport — not just on the day it printed.

Print speed reaches up to 203 mm/s, so the printer won't become the bottleneck on a busy line.

Auto-Cutter and Colour Touchscreen

The built-in auto-cutter trims each label cleanly — no manual cutting, no fumbling at the end of a long run. The colour touchscreen keeps everything visible at a glance: current settings, printer status, and job history without digging through menus. The real-time clock (RTC) ensures accurate timestamps on every batch, which matters when traceability counts.

Connects to Almost Any System

The ZT620 gives you four ways to connect:

1 GB of RAM and 2 GB of Flash storage mean form files, fonts, and graphics stay on the printer. You don't have to resend the same assets with every job — they're already there.
