Print Quality and Speed That Keep Up With Your Line

At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), the ZT620 prints barcodes, product information, and small text with enough clarity that scanning errors aren't your problem. Maximum print width is 168 mm, media width goes up to 178 mm, and roll diameter up to 203 mm. Print speed reaches 203 mm/s — the line waits for the operator, not the printer.

Straightforward to Run Without Calling in a Specialist

The colour touchscreen shows printer status at a glance — no squinting at indicator lights. The built-in real-time clock (RTC) stamps labels with the correct time automatically, with no manual adjustment needed after a power cycle. ZPL and ZPLII emulation means the ZT620 connects directly to most warehouse management and production control systems without a separate driver installation.

Connectivity for Whatever Your Setup Looks Like

The ZT620 connects via Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit), USB, RS232, or Bluetooth. Having all four options on the same device means you can drop it into an existing wired setup or a wireless environment without hunting for adapters or workarounds.

Memory and Compatibility

With 1 GB of RAM and 2 GB of flash storage, the ZT620 holds large label templates and font libraries on the device itself — no need to push every job from the server. XML emulation rounds out the ZPL family support, so integration works with newer systems as well.
