The Zebra ZT610 is built for environments where labels go out in volume, shift after shift. Thermal transfer technology at 600 dpi produces sharp barcodes, text, and graphics on every label — whether you're printing ten or ten thousand before the end of the day.

Clear display, quick adjustments

The colour touchscreen shows printer status at a glance. You can change settings directly on the unit without touching a connected computer. The real-time clock (RTC) keeps timestamps accurate automatically — one less thing to check at the start of each shift.

Connects to what you already have

The ZT610 comes with USB (Type B), USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth, and Ethernet on board. Whether your warehouse management system, POS, or stock platform connects via cable or network, there's a port for it. Bluetooth covers wireless connection from mobile devices; Ethernet puts the printer straight onto your network.

Built-in rewinder keeps the workflow moving

The built-in rewinder collects finished labels neatly back onto a roll as they come off the printer — no pile-up at the output, no interruptions to sort labels mid-run. Maximum print width is 104 mm, maximum media width 114 mm, and roll diameter goes up to 203 mm, so you refill less often during busy periods.

Memory and emulation

With 1 GB RAM and 2 GB Flash on board, the ZT610 handles complex label jobs without slowing down. It supports ZPL, ZPLII, and XML emulation, which means it drops into most existing Zebra-based setups without extra configuration work.

What's in the box

The ZT610 ships with a power cable (EU and UK plugs included). Interface cables are ordered separately — you pay for the connection type you actually need, not a bundle of cables that end up in a drawer.
