The Zebra ZT610 is built for operations where the printer simply has to keep running — day after day, shift after shift. With 600 dpi (24 dots/mm) resolution, every label comes out sharp and scannable: barcodes, product information, shipping addresses. No squinting, no rescans at the dock door.

Fast enough for your busiest moments

With a maximum print width of 104 mm and media width up to 114 mm, the ZT610 handles a wide range of label sizes without fuss. Print speed reaches up to 152 mm/s, so even large batches move through quickly and your operation doesn't queue up waiting for labels.

RFID ready — no extra hardware needed

RFID support is built in. If you're managing stock in a warehouse, tracking goods across a supply chain, or need items to be found fast on a shelf or in a vehicle, you can move to RFID-based labelling without a separate hardware investment. It's there when you need it.

Connects to what you already have

USB, RS232, Bluetooth, and Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit) are all on board, so the ZT610 slots into almost any existing setup without rewiring. Programming uses ZPL and ZPLII — the industry standard — meaning your current print templates work as-is, with no reformatting required.

The colour touchscreen lets you adjust settings directly on the device, no laptop needed. The real-time clock (RTC) handles timestamping straight from the printer, without extra software.
