Zebra ZT610 – Industrial Label Printer Built for Continuous Use

The Zebra ZT610 is designed for environments where the printer has to keep up, shift after shift, without surprises. At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), barcodes and text come out sharp even on small labels — the scanner reads the code first time, and your line keeps moving.

Speed and Media Capacity

At a maximum print speed of 305 mm/s, the ZT610 stays ahead of even the busiest production or warehouse workflows. Media width goes up to 108 mm and print width up to 104 mm, covering a wide range of label sizes. With a maximum roll diameter of 203 mm, you change rolls less often and lose less time to stoppages during the working day.

Built-in Peeler and Rewinder

The integrated peeler separates each label from its backing straight after printing, so application is one smooth motion with no extra step. The rewinder collects spent backing material onto a neat roll — less mess on the bench and a tidier working line throughout the shift.

Colour Touchscreen and Real-Time Clock

The colour touchscreen shows printer status at a glance and lets you adjust settings without needing a separate computer. The real-time clock (RTC) lets you add a time stamp directly from the printer — practical in food production or logistics where a manufacture or pack date has to appear on the label.
