The Zebra ZT610 is built for environments where labels go out in volume, every single day. Thermal transfer technology produces crisp, durable labels at 300 dpi, and a maximum print width of 104 mm covers the vast majority of warehouse, shipping, and production labelling tasks.

At 305 mm/s, long print queues don't slow your team down. Media width reaches up to 114 mm and roll diameter up to 203 mm — meaning fewer roll changes and fewer interruptions during a busy shift.
Colour touchscreen and real-time clock for everyday use
The colour touchscreen shows printer status at a glance, so your staff spend less time guessing and more time working. The built-in real-time clock lets you print date and time stamps directly from the printer — no separate system or workaround needed.
Connects to whatever you already have
The ZT610 comes with USB, RS232, Bluetooth, and Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit), so it fits into virtually any existing till setup, warehouse system, or desktop workstation. ZPL and ZPLII emulation means your current label templates work straight away — no redesign, no reconfiguration.
Enough memory for large template libraries
With 1 GB RAM and 2 GB Flash, your label templates, fonts, and graphics live on the printer itself. This speeds up printing and reduces dependence on a constant network connection — useful on a warehouse floor where the signal can be unpredictable.
