Zebra ZT610 – industrial label printing without interruptions

The Zebra ZT610 is built for environments where the label printer has to keep running shift after shift. Warehouses, production floors, and logistics centres where print volumes are high and downtime costs money — that's where this printer earns its place.

Prints fast and accurately

Print resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) with a maximum print width of 104 mm. Print speed reaches up to 356 mm/s, so even long label runs finish quickly and your line never waits on the printer. Thermal transfer produces sharp barcodes and text on demanding surfaces.

Built-in peeler and rewinder

Both a peeler and a rewinder come built in. The peeler separates labels automatically so your operator doesn't have to do it by hand. The rewinder collects the used liner neatly onto a roll. Together they cut manual handling and keep things moving when the pace picks up.

Colour touchscreen and real-time clock

The colour touchscreen lets you adjust settings directly on the printer without touching a computer. The real-time clock (RTC) prints a timestamp on each label automatically — practical for best-before labels or any application where traceability matters.

Connections for most setups

The ZT610 connects to your network and devices in several ways:
