Print Speed and Media Handling

At up to 254 mm/s, the ZT510 keeps pace with a busy production line, warehouse station, or retail backroom without becoming the bottleneck. Media width tops out at 114 mm and print width at 104 mm, covering a wide range of standard label stock. The roll diameter accommodates up to 203 mm rolls, so your team spends less time swapping media mid-shift.

Peeler, Rewinder, and Display — Ready Out of the Box

Unlike printers that charge extra for basic workflow features, the ZT510 ships with a peeler, rewinder, and display already built in. The peeler strips labels from the liner automatically, freeing up your operator's hands. The rewinder collects the spent liner cleanly. The real-time clock (RTC) adds timestamps to printouts without any extra configuration step.

Connectivity That Fits What You Already Have

USB, RS232, Bluetooth, and Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit) mean the ZT510 connects to virtually any existing setup. Native ZPL and ZPLII support lets it slot into Zebra-based software environments without additional drivers or format conversion. XML emulation is also supported for broader system compatibility.

Memory and Long-Term Reliability

512 MB RAM and 2 GB Flash memory handle large print files and stored template libraries without hesitation. Both EU and UK power cables are included; an interface cable is ordered separately based on your connection type. The printer comes with a 24-month warranty and is manufactured in China.
