At up to 254 mm/s, the ZT510 keeps moving even on your busiest days — think end-of-month dispatch runs or a full shelf-relabel. The roll holds up to 203 mm in diameter, so you are not stopping every hour to reload.

The ZT510 ships with USB, RS232, Bluetooth, and Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit) on board. That means it connects to your existing network or workstation without buying additional adapters. Emulation support covers ZPL, ZPLII, and XML — the formats most label software already speaks, so there is no re-coding your templates.

Practical to Run Every Day

The built-in display lets you check printer status at a glance, and the real-time clock (RTC) logs accurate timestamps automatically — useful when you need to trace a batch or meet traceability requirements. With 512 MB of RAM and 2 GB of Flash, the printer handles large label data runs without slowing down mid-job.

The ZT510 comes with a power cable (EU and UK plug). The interface cable is ordered separately — check which connection type you use before ordering so you have everything ready on day one.
