Speed and Accuracy When It Matters

At 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), print quality is sharp enough for barcodes, shipping labels, and product markings. A maximum print speed of 305 mm/s means a large batch of labels is done before the line has time to wait. Maximum print width is 104 mm and the media roll diameter goes up to 203 mm, so large rolls load straight in without any fuss.

Connectivity — Works with Whatever You Already Have

The ZT510 comes with USB, RS232, Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit), and Wi-Fi 802.11ac built in. You can connect it to whichever system you are already running — no separate adapters needed. Wireless connectivity also means you can place the printer wherever it is most useful on the floor, without running cables.

Display and Real-Time Clock for Day-to-Day Use

The built-in display shows printer status and any error messages clearly, so staff do not need to guess what is happening. The real-time clock (RTC) lets you add the current date and time to labels automatically — handy for best-before markings, despatch documents, or any label where timing matters.

Works with Your Existing Systems

The ZT510 supports ZPL, ZPLII, and XML emulation. Most warehouse management and point-of-sale systems can send print jobs directly in these formats, which means setup rarely requires separate drivers or a software project. With 512 MB of RAM and 2 GB of internal Flash storage, fonts, images, and label templates live on the device itself.
