At a maximum print speed of 305 mm/s, the ZT510 won't become a bottleneck even during your busiest periods. Print width reaches 104 mm, and media width goes up to 114 mm, so the vast majority of standard label rolls you already use will work straight away — no special sourcing needed.

Every Connection Built In

USB, RS232, Bluetooth, and Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit) all come as standard. Connect it to your existing network, plug it directly into a PC, or pair it wirelessly — no extra cards or adapters required. EU and UK power cables are included in the box; order an interface cable separately if needed.

Works With Your Existing Systems

The ZT510 supports ZPL, ZPLII, and XML emulation, which means it fits into most warehouse management and ERP systems without extra drivers or lengthy configuration. The on-device display lets you check and adjust settings without opening a laptop, and the real-time clock (RTC) can stamp the exact print time directly onto the label when your process requires it.

Memory That Handles Complex Layouts

512 MB RAM and 2 GB Flash storage mean even large, graphics-heavy label templates load and print without delay. Firmware updates can be pushed over the network, so keeping the device current doesn't require a service visit.
