Zebra ZT421 – Label Printing Built for Daily Heavy Use

The Zebra ZT421 is a midrange thermal transfer label printer designed for environments where the printer simply has to work, day after day, without constant tinkering. With a maximum print width of 168 mm and a maximum roll diameter of 203 mm, it handles everything from small address-label runs to larger batch jobs without breaking a sweat.

Fast and Accurate

At 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) resolution and a top speed of 305 mm/s, the ZT421 keeps up even on your busiest days — the queue never backs up because the printer can't keep pace. Media width reaches 178 mm, covering the vast majority of commercial label formats you're likely to use.

Ready to Connect Straight Away

Two USB ports, an RS232 serial port, Bluetooth, and Ethernet are all built in — you can connect the ZT421 to your network or directly to a computer without hunting for extra adapters. EPL, ZPL, and ZPLII emulations are supported, so the printer works with most label software out of the box, no driver workarounds needed.

Colour Touchscreen and Real-Time Clock

The colour touchscreen makes adjusting settings straightforward on the device itself. The real-time clock (RTC) keeps the correct time even after a power cut — useful when you want labels to carry an automatic date stamp.

Peeler and Full-Roll Rewinder Included

The built-in peeler separates each label from its backing paper automatically after printing, so your staff don't have to peel by hand. The full-roll rewinder winds the used backing paper neatly onto its own roll — a practical solution when printing large batches and you'd rather not have backing paper piling up on the floor.
