The full-colour touchscreen shows printer status at a glance. You can adjust settings directly on the device, without touching a computer — practical when you have ten things on the go and need the answer now.

Connections that fit what you already have

The ZT421 comes with two USB ports, RS232 serial, Bluetooth, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi (802.11ac). It connects to virtually any existing point-of-sale system or warehouse management software without adapter cables. Note: interface cable is ordered separately.

Real-time clock for accurate timestamps on every label

The built-in real-time clock (RTC) lets you print timestamps directly onto labels — essential for food businesses, pharmacies, or any operation where date markings are a legal or practical requirement.

Works with the software you already use

The ZT421 supports EPL, ZPL, and ZPLII emulation, which means it's compatible with virtually all common label design and ERP systems out of the box. With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash, it handles demanding print environments without slowing down.
