About
Zebra ZT411 — Label Printing Built for Daily Business
The Zebra ZT411 is a midrange thermal transfer label printer designed to handle the daily demands of shops, warehouses, and workshops. Whether you're printing product labels, shelf-price stickers, or shipping labels dozens of times a day, the ZT411 keeps up without becoming the bottleneck at the packing bench or checkout counter.
Sharp prints, fast enough for the queue
At 600 dpi (24 dots/mm), barcodes stay scannable, small text stays legible, and logos reproduce cleanly — even on compact labels. Maximum print width is 104 mm, with media up to 114 mm wide accepted. Print speed reaches 102 mm/s, so the printer is never the reason a customer waits.
Peeler and full-roll rewind included
The built-in peeler delivers finished labels straight to hand, one at a time. When you're printing a full batch — say, forty shipping labels for the afternoon courier run — the full-roll rewinder collects them neatly on their own roll, ready for application. No extra accessories to order, no extra steps.
Colour touchscreen and real-time clock
The colour touchscreen shows print status and any error messages at a glance, so you can sort most issues yourself without calling support or opening a laptop. The built-in real-time clock (RTC) lets you stamp date and time directly onto labels without extra software — useful for expiry labelling in a café kitchen or date-of-receipt tags in a stock room.
Connections that work with what you already have
The ZT411 connects via two USB ports, RS232 serial, Ethernet for a fixed network connection, or Bluetooth for wireless use. It speaks ZPL and ZPLII — the most widely supported printer languages in the industry — so it works with most inventory management and point-of-sale systems without needing separate drivers.
