The Zebra ZT411 is a midrange thermal transfer label printer designed for environments where labels go out in volume, day after day. Whether you're printing shelf-edge price tags in a retail shop, job-order labels in a workshop, or pick-list stickers in a stockroom — the ZT411 keeps running without constant adjustment.

Print quality and speed when you need it

The printer runs at 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), so barcodes and small text come out sharp even on narrow labels. Maximum print width is 104 mm, maximum media width 114 mm. At up to 254 mm/s, a busy morning queue moves through without a bottleneck — labels are ready before staff are waiting.

Built-in peeler and full-roll rewinder

The ZT411 ships with both a peeler and a full-roll rewinder already fitted. The peeler strips each label from its backing automatically, so it's ready to apply the moment it comes out — no manual peeling between every label. The rewinder collects the spent backing liner neatly onto a roll, keeping the work area tidy. Both features make a noticeable difference when you're handling a large run of labels in one go.

Colour touchscreen and real-time clock

Settings can be adjusted directly on the printer via the colour touchscreen — no need to reach for a laptop every time you change media or adjust darkness. The built-in real-time clock (RTC) lets you add date and time stamps to labels automatically, which is particularly useful in food retail, catering, or any logistics workflow where traceability matters.

Connectivity that fits your current setup

The ZT411 carries two USB ports, an RS232 serial port, Bluetooth, and Ethernet. It connects to virtually any existing setup regardless of how your till or computer is wired. ZPL and ZPLII emulation ensures compatibility with a wide range of label software, so you're unlikely to need new tools on the PC side.

Memory and roll capacity

With 512 MB Flash and 256 MB RAM, the printer can store large label formats and custom fonts directly on the device — useful when the PC isn't always nearby. Maximum roll diameter is 203 mm, so you're not changing rolls every hour during a busy shift.
