Zebra ZT411 – the label printer that keeps your day moving

The Zebra ZT411 is built for environments where labels go out the door every day and the printer simply has to work. This thermal transfer printer fits equally well on a shop counter, in a workshop, or at a restaurant — whether you're printing price stickers, delivery labels, or stock item tags.

Speed and clarity under daily load

At a maximum print speed of 356 mm/s, staff aren't standing around waiting for labels. Resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), which gives you crisp barcodes and readable text across the label sizes you'll actually use. Maximum media width is 114 mm and print width is 104 mm, so the vast majority of standard commercial label rolls fit straight on.

Colour touchscreen and real-time clock

The colour touchscreen lets you check printer status and adjust settings directly on the device — no laptop needed on the floor. The built-in real-time clock (RTC) keeps time-stamped labels accurate automatically, so there's no manual date correction between shifts.

Connections ready without extras

The ZT411 ships with two USB ports, an RS232 serial port, Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and Bluetooth. You can connect it wired or wirelessly to your point-of-sale system or inventory management software without hunting for adapters. It supports EPL, ZPL, and ZPLII emulation, so it works with most existing software setups without additional configuration.

Enough memory for real workloads

256 MB of RAM and 512 MB of Flash mean the printer can store label templates locally. Each print job doesn't need a live connection to a server — useful when the network is busy or briefly unavailable.

What's in the box

The printer ships with a power cable that includes both EU and UK plugs. Interface cables are ordered separately — check which connection type you'll be using before you order.
