Zebra ZT231 – a label printer that keeps pace with your day

The Zebra ZT231 is built for situations where label printing has to work reliably, day after day, without fiddling. Whether you're marking stock in the warehouse, printing price tags on the shop floor, or running work orders in the workshop — the printer does its job without you having to think about it.

Sharp and fast

At 300 dpi (12 dots per millimetre), barcodes and small text come out clean and scannable every time. Maximum print speed is 203 mm/s, which handles large label runs without creating a queue. Media width goes up to 114 mm and print width up to 104 mm, covering a wide range of standard label stock.

Built-in cutter and colour touchscreen

The integrated cutter trims the label roll automatically after each job — no peeling by hand, no awkward scissors on the counter. The colour touchscreen shows printer status at a glance, and settings take a few taps rather than a hunt through a paper manual.

Connections that fit your existing setup

The ZT231 ships with every common interface ready to go: USB, USB Host, RS232, Ethernet, and Bluetooth (BLE). It talks to both legacy systems and wireless devices without adapters.
