The Zebra ZT231 is built for the kind of SMB workload where labels need to come out fast and reliably, day after day. It prints via thermal transfer at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) and reaches speeds of up to 305 mm/s — a larger batch of labels is done before a customer has time to wait at the counter.

The LCD display shows you the printer's status at a glance. No guessing whether the media has run out or the printer has stalled — you see it immediately, even when the printer sits in a stockroom or corner of the shop floor where it isn't always in direct view.

Connectivity that fits your setup

The ZT231 comes with USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth (BLE), and Ethernet included as standard. Whether your till is wired to a switch or running wirelessly, the printer connects to the environment you already have — not the other way around. The USB Host port lets you plug in a barcode scanner or USB drive directly, without any additional adapters.
