The Zebra ZT231 is a midrange direct thermal label printer designed to handle daily, heavy-duty use in shops, workshops, and restaurants. When the afternoon rush hits and labels need to go out fast, this printer doesn't slow you down.

Labels out before the queue builds

With a print speed of up to 305 mm/s and a print width of 104 mm, labels are ready in seconds — not after a coffee break. Resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), which covers everything from barcodes and product tags to shipping addresses clearly and reliably.

The peeler does the work for you

The built-in peeler separates each label from its backing automatically. No peeling by hand, no fumbling when you're printing a run of tags back to back. The liner take-up spindle keeps the backing paper tidy so your workspace stays clear.

Connects wherever you need it

USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth (BLE), and Ethernet come standard. Whether the printer lives on a counter with a fixed network connection or sits a few metres away linked over Bluetooth, it fits in. The LCD display lets you check the printer's status at a glance — no need to walk to a computer.
