Labels ready before you look up

At up to 152 mm/s, labels come out fast — no standing by the printer waiting. At 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), barcodes and text stay sharp even on small labels, so scanners read them first time.

Built-in peeler — grab and go

The integrated peeler separates each finished label from its backing automatically. You reach out, take the label, and move on. When you're printing one label at a time in a steady stream, this removes a small but real friction from every single cycle.

Connects the way your setup already works

The ZT231 carries USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth (BLE), and Ethernet on board. Connect it to your till system or PC whichever way suits your counter layout. Bluetooth covers short-range wireless use if a cable isn't practical. EPL, ZPL, and ZPLII language support means it works with most label-printing software without extra drivers or adapters.
