The Zebra ZT231 is a direct thermal label printer built for the kind of daily workload that doesn't let up. Whether you're running a stockroom, a retail counter, or a workshop, this machine is designed to print cleanly and consistently without becoming a problem you have to manage.

At 203 dpi, barcodes stay sharp, price labels stay readable, and shipping labels scan first time — even when the pace picks up and there's no time to reprint.

Prints fast enough to stay out of your way

With a maximum print speed of 305 mm/s, labels are ready before the next task is waiting. The maximum media width is 114 mm and the print width is 104 mm, which covers most standard label sizes. The roll diameter goes up to 203 mm, so you spend less time swapping rolls mid-shift.

Connects to whatever you're already running

The ZT231 comes with USB, USB Host, RS232, Ethernet, and Bluetooth BLE — all built in, no extra adapters needed. If your till system is wired, use Ethernet. If your workflow is mobile, Bluetooth is there. The printer supports EPL, ZPL, and ZPLII command languages, which means it works directly with most warehouse and point-of-sale software without custom configuration.

LCD display — you can see what's happening at a glance

The front panel LCD shows printer status without any guesswork. Paper running low, connection dropped, job queued — you know immediately. The display is legible in lower light, which matters in a stockroom or a busy kitchen back-of-house.
