The Zebra ZT111 is a thermal transfer label printer designed to handle daily use in demanding environments. Whether you're printing product labels in a shop, shipping labels for your online orders, or job tags in a workshop — this printer gets on with it without making you think about print quality or compatibility.
Print quality that shows up in the barcode
At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), barcodes scan on the first pass. You won't run into situations where a customer or courier has to wave a scanner over a label twice because the print came out fuzzy.
Connects to what you already have
The ZT111 links to your till system or computer in several ways:
- USB and USB Host — standard cable connection or direct host link to a device
- RS232 — serial connection for older setups
- Bluetooth BLE — wireless connection for a phone or tablet
- Ethernet 10/100 Mbit — network printer that serves the whole premises
In practice, this means the ZT111 works even when your business is running an older till solution and replacing the whole system at once doesn't make sense.
Media width and roll size
The printer accepts media up to 114 mm wide, with a maximum print width of 104 mm. Maximum roll diameter is 203 mm, which covers the most common label sizes. Print speed reaches 152 mm/s, so individual print jobs don't hold up the flow of a busy day.
ZPLII compatibility
The ZT111 supports ZPLII, the widely-used label command language. Most common label software and e-commerce platforms send print data in this format, so you rarely need a separate converter to get things working.
What's in the box
A power supply unit and power cable for both EU and UK sockets are included. The printer is ready to go as soon as it's plugged in — no extra purchases needed to get started.
