The Zebra ZT111 is a direct thermal label printer built to handle the demands of everyday use in a shop, warehouse, or workshop. It prints labels cleanly and quickly, even when orders are stacking up and time is short.

Print quality and width

At 300 dpi (12 dots per millimetre), barcodes, text, and logos come out sharp even at small font sizes. Maximum print width is 104 mm, with media width up to 114 mm, so the ZT111 fits the label rolls you most likely already use. Roll diameter goes up to 203 mm, meaning longer runs before you need to reload.

Speed when the day gets busy

Print speed reaches up to 152 mm per second. In practice, your label queue won't slow you down even during the busiest part of the day — the printer keeps pace with the work.

Connectivity that fits what you already have

The ZT111 comes with USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth (BLE), and Ethernet (10/100 Mbit) built in. You can connect it to your existing till or ERP system whether your setup is wired or wireless. The USB Host port lets you plug in an external keyboard or barcode scanner directly into the printer, no PC in the middle.

Memory and language support

With 256 MB RAM and 256 MB Flash, you can store label templates, fonts, and graphics in the printer's own memory — no constant connection to a computer needed. The ZT111 supports ZPLII command language, which is widely compatible with label design and ERP software.

The printer ships with a power supply unit and a power cable with both EU and UK plugs, so you can get it running straight out of the box.
