Zebra ZT111 – Label Printing for Busy Everyday Use

The Zebra ZT111 is a midrange thermal transfer label printer designed to keep up with the demands of cafés, shops, and workshops running at full pace. At up to 254 mm/s, labels come out fast enough that neither your till queue nor your dispatch bench has to wait.

Print Specs Worth Knowing

Resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) — enough for clean barcodes, shelf-edge price labels, and shipping labels that scan first time. Maximum media width is 114 mm, print width 104 mm, and the roll holder takes rolls up to 203 mm in diameter. Most standard label rolls fit without adjustment.

Connections Ready Out of the Box

The ZT111 covers the connectivity bases you're likely to need:

• ·USB Host — plug a barcode scanner straight into the printer itself
• ·RS232 — works alongside older till and stock systems without a workaround

Printer languages EPL, ZPL, and ZPLII mean the ZT111 is compatible with the most common label and stock-management applications — no separate driver project needed.

Memory and Performance

With 256 MB RAM and 256 MB Flash on board, you can store form templates, fonts, and graphics directly on the printer. Print jobs don't slow down even if the host system is momentarily busy.

What's in the Box

The package includes a power supply unit and power cables for both EU and UK sockets, so the printer is ready to use straight away. Manufacturer's warranty is 24 months. Made in China.
