About
Zebra ZQ630 Plus – mobile label printer for field work
The Zebra ZQ630 Plus is built for situations where a label needs to happen on the spot — not back at the stockroom counter, but at the shelf edge, loading bay, or customer handoff. The printer rides on a belt clip or shoulder strap, and the 6,600 mAh battery keeps it running through a full working day without needing a charge break.
Wireless connection, your choice
The ZQ630 Plus supports both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 6, so it pairs with a mobile device or drops straight into your existing office network. A mini-USB port is there as a fallback. Switching between connection types doesn't require a separate configuration step — connect to whatever you already have running.
No ink, no ribbon — just replace the paper roll
Direct thermal printing means there are no ink cartridges or ribbons to manage. Maintenance is limited to swapping the paper roll. Print speed reaches up to 115 mm/s, and the 104 mm maximum print width covers standard shipping labels, price tags, and barcode stickers.
Three sensors handle media detection automatically
- Label Taken Sensor — confirms the label has been removed before feeding the next one
- Black Mark Sensor — reads pre-printed black marks on the roll
- Gap Sensor — detects label edges automatically
In practice: no wasted label gaps and no misprints from picking up the wrong position.

Where it fits
The ZQ630 Plus earns its place wherever label printing can't be tied to one fixed point: grocery shelf updates, workshop job orders, warehouse delivery confirmations, or pop-up retail price tags. When the printer goes where the person goes, back-and-forth trips disappear and the work moves without interruption.
