Zebra ZQ620 Plus — mobile label printer for field work

The Zebra ZQ620 Plus is a portable direct thermal label printer built to handle daily punishment in warehouses, retail aisles, loading docks, and anywhere in between. No fixed installation, no cables running across the floor — just pick it up and print where the job is happening.

Prints where you need it

At up to 115 mm/s and a maximum print width of 72 mm, labels come out fast enough that you're never the bottleneck. Direct thermal means no ink cartridges and no ribbons — fewer consumables to run out of, fewer reasons for the printer to stop in the middle of a busy shift.

The media roll fits up to 66 mm in diameter and accepts media up to 79 mm wide, so the label formats you're already using will most likely work straight out of the box.

Connects to what you already have

The ZQ620 Plus gives you four connection options:

Three sensors keep every label in the right place

The Label Taken Sensor knows when the label has been removed, the Black Mark Sensor reads the mark on the roll, and the Gap Sensor detects the gap between labels. Together they make sure each label prints in the correct position — no wasted roll, no reprinting the same label twice.

Battery that lasts the shift

The included 3,250 mAh battery is built to run through a full working day. A belt clip and shoulder strap come in the box, so the printer stays within reach without any extra purchases.
