The ZQ620 Plus is designed for situations where the printer travels with you — across the warehouse floor, out on deliveries, or between aisles in a busy retail environment. Reliable printing at 203 dpi

Direct thermal printing means no ink cartridges or ribbons to replace. Print resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) with a maximum print width of 72 mm — more than enough for product labels, price tags, and address stickers. At up to 115 mm/s, labels come out quickly even during the busiest part of the day.

Connectivity: Bluetooth BLE and RS232

The ZQ620 Plus pairs with mobile devices over Bluetooth Low Energy, so your phone or tablet works as the controller without any extra hardware. The RS232 port and mini-USB connection keep it compatible with older POS systems too. With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash on board, label templates and settings are stored locally — no network connection needed to keep working.

All-day battery and a build that goes where you go

The included 3,250 mAh battery is sized for a full work shift. A belt clip and shoulder strap — both in the box — hold the printer securely so your hands stay free for the actual work.

Sensors that handle media automatically

The Label Taken Sensor detects when a label has been removed, the Black Mark Sensor reads black-mark media, and the Gap Sensor locates label gaps automatically. Printing stays aligned without manual adjustment as you move between jobs.
