The Zebra ZQ600 Plus is built for situations where you need to print labels on the spot — on the shop floor, in the stockroom, or out on a delivery. It clips to your belt or hangs from a shoulder strap, and the 3,250 mAh battery keeps it running through a full shift without hunting for a charger.

Labels print without delay

Direct thermal printing at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) produces sharp barcodes and text even when you're moving between shelves or serving customers at the counter. Print speed reaches 115 mm/s, so labels keep up with you during the busiest moments. Media width goes up to 55.4 mm and print width up to 48 mm — compatible with most common label rolls.

Wireless without the cable tangle

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Wi-Fi 6 let the printer talk to your POS system or mobile device without a wire in sight. If your current setup relies on older equipment, the RS232 and mini-USB ports mean you can connect without replacing anything else first.

Three sensors handle label feeding automatically

The Label Taken Sensor, Black Mark Sensor, and Gap Sensor work together to make sure every label peels at the right moment and in the right place. Fewer misprints, less wasted stock.
