Evolis Zenius – Card Printer for Small Businesses

The Evolis Zenius is a compact card printer built for cafés, retail shops, and workshops that want to produce loyalty cards, membership cards, or staff ID cards themselves — without sending jobs out to a print bureau.

What you get out of the box

The printer connects to your computer via USB, with the cable included. The power supply and EU power cable are in the box too, so you can get started straight away. Also included is CardPresso card design software, which means you can design and print your first cards without buying anything extra.

Print technology and speed

The Zenius uses dye-sublimation thermal transfer, which lays down a smooth, durable finish on standard plastic cards. It handles both full four-colour printing and monochrome, so you can choose whichever suits the job. Resolution is 300 dpi (12 dots per millimetre) — sharp enough for logos, text, and photos to come out clearly on a credit-card-sized format.

The maximum print speed is 150 cards per hour. In a typical small-business setting, that means a fresh batch of loyalty cards is ready before your coffee break is over.

Single-sided printing
