About

Evolis Zenius Expert — Card Printer for Everyday Use

If you're printing loyalty cards, staff ID cards, or membership cards, the Evolis Zenius Expert lets you do it yourself instead of waiting on a print shop. It sits on the counter, connects in minutes, and produces finished cards that look the part — sharp logos, recognisable photos. Made in France, backed by a 24-month warranty.

Print quality you can rely on

The Zenius Expert uses dye sublimation thermal transfer, available in full 4-colour or monochrome. At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), logos come out crisp and portrait photos are clearly recognisable — the kind of finish that makes a loyalty card worth keeping in a wallet. At up to 150 cards per hour, a single card is ready in well under a minute.

Fits into what you already have

Connect via USB for a single workstation, or plug into Ethernet and share the printer across multiple computers on your network — handy if your front-of-house and back-office both need to issue cards. The box includes a USB cable, power supply, and EU power lead, so you're printing from the moment you open it.

What's in the box

  • Single-sided card printer (red)
  • Card feeding mechanism
  • USB cable
  • Power supply unit and EU power lead

Who it works well for

The Zenius Expert suits cafés and restaurants that want to print loyalty cards with their own logo, retailers issuing staff or membership cards, and any small business that currently outsources card printing and would rather control the timing themselves. It's compact enough to sit beside the till without taking over the counter.
