What the package includes

The package combines two Zebra services under a single agreement:

• ·Zebra OneCare Essential covers repair and maintenance of the device for five full years. The coverage is broad, so you are never left guessing whether a particular fault falls within the contract.
• ·VisibilityIQ Foresight is a per-device IoT monitoring service that continuously collects data on device health and usage. You see the status of all your terminals in one view — before problems start showing up on the shop floor.

Why five years makes sense

A Zebra MC3300 is a long-term investment built to last. A five-year service agreement means the device's entire working life is covered from day one — no annual renewals, no renegotiations mid-cycle. One purchase, one agreement, five years of predictable operations.

Important before you order

The package must be activated within 30 days of the original device purchase. If the terminal is already in use, check the purchase date before placing your order. Contact Vaivatta if you are unsure whether the activation window is still open — we will check it with you.

Which devices does this cover

This package is designed exclusively for the Zebra MC3300 handheld terminal. If you run several devices, each one requires its own contract — every terminal gets its own service coverage and its own VisibilityIQ monitoring feed.
