The Zebra ZD621t is a desktop thermal transfer label printer built for daily, high-volume use. At 300 dpi resolution, every barcode, price tag, and address label comes out sharp and scannable — whether you're printing one label or working through a morning batch.
Sharp output when you need it
With a print speed of up to 152 mm/s, labels are ready before your customer finishes their sentence. Maximum print width is 108 mm and the media roll fits up to 127 mm in diameter, covering the label sizes most shops, cafés, and workshops use day to day. The colour touchscreen lets you check and adjust settings from the counter — no need to walk to a computer or call anyone in.
Connects to whatever you already have
The ZD621t supports USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth 5.3, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 802.11ax. It slots into your existing setup whether you're running a wired till or a wireless network. The built-in real-time clock (RTC) keeps timestamps accurate without requiring a separate login to your system.
Automatic media detection — fewer wasted labels
Black Mark and Gap sensors detect the label boundary automatically, so roll changes go smoothly and wrong media settings don't cause a run of misprints. Fewer interruptions, less wasted stock.
