About
Zebra ZD621t – Label printing that keeps up with your day
The Zebra ZD621t is a desktop thermal transfer label printer designed for shops, workshops, and restaurants where labels are part of the daily routine and the printer simply has to work. At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), barcodes, price tags, and shipping labels come out sharp and scan first time — no reprints, no delays at the counter.
Speed when your queue is longest
At up to 152 mm/s, the ZD621t keeps the print queue short even when you need labels one after another. Maximum media width is 118 mm, print width 108 mm, and rolls up to 127 mm in diameter fit without issue — larger rolls mean fewer interruptions to swap media mid-shift.
Colour touchscreen and real-time clock
The colour touchscreen lets you change settings on the fly without touching a computer. The built-in real-time clock (RTC) keeps the correct time stored on the printer itself, so time-stamped labels stay accurate even after the printer has been switched off overnight.
Connectivity that fits any setup
USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi (802.11ac) mean the ZD621t connects just as comfortably to a fixed checkout point as to a wireless stockroom network. The USB Host port lets you print directly from a USB drive — no computer required. 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash keep large label programs and font libraries ready to go without waiting.
Sensors that keep every label in the right place
The built-in Black Mark Sensor and Gap Sensor make sure each label positions correctly before printing. Fewer misfires means less wasted media and less time peeling misprints off the roll.
