Print speed reaches up to 152 mm/s — labels come out at a steady pace when the queue builds up at the counter or packing bench.

Connects to whatever you already have

The ZD621d ships with USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth (BLE), and Ethernet on board. Wire it into your point-of-sale setup or connect wirelessly — whichever way your current kit is arranged. The USB Host port lets you plug a barcode scanner directly into the printer, so you can operate it without a computer in the loop if that suits your workflow.

Automatic date and time on every label

The built-in real-time clock (RTC) adds a date and timestamp to labels automatically — useful for food labelling, batch tracking, or any situation where the print date needs to be on the label without someone typing it in each time.

Sensors that keep labels lined up

Black Mark and Gap sensors detect each label's position as it feeds through, so every print lands where it should. Misfeeds and wasted label stock are kept to a minimum during a long run.

Storage for your label templates

256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash memory let you store multiple label templates directly on the printer. When you reuse the same layouts day after day — product labels, shelf tags, shipping labels — having them on the device saves time and keeps things consistent across your team.
