The Zebra ZD621d is a direct thermal desktop label printer designed to handle the kind of daily punishment a busy small business dishes out. Whether you're printing price labels on the shop floor, order tickets in the kitchen, or shipping labels in the stockroom, it gets the job done without ink cartridges or ribbons — which means fewer consumables to run out of at the wrong moment.

Prints when you need it to

At up to 203 mm/s, labels come out fast enough that a lunchtime rush or end-of-day dispatch run won't create a queue at the printer. Maximum print width is 104 mm, the printer accepts media up to 108 mm wide and roll diameters up to 127 mm. Black Mark and Gap sensors make sure every label cuts in exactly the right place — no wasted stock, no misprints.

The ZD621d covers the full range of connection options: USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth 5.3, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 802.11ax. In practice, that means you can plug it into your current till system or network in whichever way fits — no adaptors, no IT specialist required. Timestamps built in

The built-in real-time clock (RTC) stamps the correct date and time onto your labels automatically. Particularly useful if you handle food products where date marking is a legal requirement.

With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash storage, you can save your most-used label templates directly on the printer itself — no need to keep a laptop connected just to reprint a standard label.
