The Zebra ZD621d is a compact desktop label printer designed to keep up with a busy shop floor, stockroom, or workshop. It prints directly onto thermal media — no ribbon needed — which means fewer consumables to manage and less to go wrong on a full day.

Print quality and throughput

At 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), the ZD621d produces sharp barcodes, shelf-edge price labels, and delivery stickers without fuss. Maximum print width is 104 mm and it accepts media up to 108 mm wide. Print speed reaches 203 mm/s, so even on a hectic afternoon labels come out quickly and the queue doesn't back up. Roll diameter of up to 127 mm means you get a generous run of labels before needing to reload.

The ZD621d covers an unusually wide range of connection options:
