The Zebra ZD621t is a desktop thermal transfer label printer built for daily, demanding use. Whether you run a retail shop, a small warehouse, a café, or a repair workshop, this printer does one thing consistently: it prints the label when you need it, without fuss.

Keeps pace even on your busiest days

At up to 203 mm per second, labels come out fast enough that a queue of print jobs won't slow you down at the counter or packing bench. The built-in cutter trims each label cleanly as it exits — no scissors, no tearing, no extra step between you and the next task.

The real-time clock (RTC) writes the correct timestamp directly into the printed data. If you're adding best-before dates to products or printing dispatch labels with accurate times, the printer handles that automatically — no manual entry required.

Works with whatever you already have

Connection options cover the full range: USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth (BLE), and Ethernet. Plug it into your existing till network via Ethernet, or connect wirelessly from a mobile device over Bluetooth — the ZD621t fits in without needing extra adaptors or IT work. With 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash, larger label files and custom fonts load and stay in the printer's memory without slowing things down.

Recognises different label formats on its own

The built-in Black Mark Sensor and Gap Sensor detect label format changes automatically. With a maximum media width of 118 mm and a print width of 104 mm, the printer handles most standard label rolls. The roll can be up to 127 mm in diameter, which means fewer roll changes during a busy shift.
