At 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), the ZD621 produces crisp barcodes, readable text, and logo-based labels without smearing or guesswork. Print speed reaches up to 203 mm/s, which means a stack of shipping labels is done before the next customer reaches the counter — even on your busiest days.

The maximum print width is 104 mm, media width capacity is 118 mm, and roll diameter goes up to 127 mm. These dimensions cover the label formats most retailers and small warehouses work with every day.

Connects the Way You Work

The ZD621 doesn't force you to rewire your setup. It supports USB, USB Host, RS232, Bluetooth (class 5.2), Ethernet, and Wi-Fi (802.11ax). Plug it straight into your point-of-sale system with a cable, or run it wirelessly from across the counter — no extra adapters needed.

The built-in real-time clock (RTC) records a timestamp on every print job. That means you have an accurate log of when each label was produced, without any manual note-keeping.

Sensors That Stop Label Waste

Both a Black Mark Sensor and a Gap Sensor are built in. They detect label gaps and registration marks automatically, so the printer stops exactly where it should. Labels land in the right place every time, and you're not peeling off half-printed ones and starting again.

Memory to Keep Things Running Smoothly

With 256 MB of RAM and 512 MB of Flash storage, there's room for firmware, fonts, and label templates to live on the printer itself. You're not dependent on a constant data feed from a host computer to keep printing.
