Zebra ZD621t – Label Printer for Daily Business Use
The Zebra ZD621t is designed for desktop use wherever labels go out every day. Thermal transfer technology produces sharp, durable prints — barcodes and small text stay readable even in demanding conditions like cold storage, greasy workshop benches, or busy café counters.
Works with what you already have
The printer supports USB, USB Host, RS232, Ethernet, and Bluetooth (BLE). In practice, that means you can connect it however your till or workstation is set up — wired or wireless. The Ethernet port lets you share the printer across several workstations without buying extra hardware.
Prints when it needs to
Maximum print speed is 203 mm/s and maximum print width is 104 mm — more than enough for price tags, shipping labels, or product stickers. The roll diameter goes up to 127 mm, so larger rolls drop straight in without any adapters.
The built-in real-time clock (RTC) stores the date and time directly in the printer, so timestamps appear on labels automatically — no need to push them from a separate system each time.
Recognises different label materials automatically
The ZD621t comes fitted with both a Black Mark Sensor and a Gap Sensor. These detect whether you're loading gap or black-mark media and adjust without any manual reconfiguration. Switching label rolls mid-day is one less thing to think about.
Enough memory to keep up
256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash mean the printer handles large print jobs and stores fonts, logos, and form templates locally. You don't need a computer connected for every print.
Everything included out of the box
In the box: USB cable, power supply unit, and power cables for both EU and UK sockets. The printer is ready to use as soon as you open the packaging.
