Sharp Labels, Even at Small Sizes

At 300 dpi (12 dots/mm), barcodes and text stay crisp and scannable even on narrow labels. Maximum print width is 104 mm, and the printer reaches speeds of up to 152 mm/s — so a label is ready before the next customer reaches the till.

Connects However Your Space Is Set Up

The ZD421T comes with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, USB, and a USB Host port. If your shop runs on cables, plug it in. If your counter is wireless, it works that way too. You won't need to rewire anything or call someone in to sort the network before you can start printing.

Real-Time Clock and Automatic Media Detection

The built-in real-time clock (RTC) keeps a timestamped print log without any extra configuration on your end. Black Mark and Gap sensors detect different label types automatically, so swapping a label roll mid-shift doesn't stop the workflow — the printer figures out what you've loaded and carries on.

The ZD421T ships with a USB cable, power supply unit, and power cable with both EU and UK plugs — ready to use on arrival. The unit is grey. Warranty is 24 months.
